Woo-hoo, it's October!  Which can only mean one thing; Skeleton Creek!!!  The reading of this book series has become a staple in our classroom over the past couple years due to a great deal of excitement and anticipation. However, some students do not enjoy scary stories as much as others, so I encourage you to discuss the book with your son/daughter to make sure that everyone is aware of the story and videos that accompany the book. Any student is welcome to not participate in the reading of the book by sitting in the hall or simply not listening while it is being read. I preview each video by letting students know whether something "scary" is coming so that they can be prepared. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns!
