Just a couple quick notes. Your student received a letter today concerning a reading contest between the fourth grade classes. The instructions are included within the letter, we just ask that the sheets be returned when they are completed (or the contest is over) so that we can send home a new sheet to fill out. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Additionally, I just wanted to remind everyone about the open-house this Thursday (the 6th), which was announced prior to break in a Friday folder letter. I hope you are able to take advantage of the opportunity to come and meet our new 4th grade teacher Ms. Calcott! (oh, and I'll be there too...possibly with some cookies...)
