Well, after a long summer's wait we finally got to kick off the official school year! A quick tour of the room, a math test (oh no!), some journal writing, and a discussion of personal responsibilities were all packed in to our brief half-day schedule. The class was also sent home with a reminder note about the heat schedule starting tomorrow at 7:30, so make sure to wake up and get here bright and early!
