Holy smokes, this week is moving right along! Today the class was able to begin testing and classifying the different minerals in the kit we are currently using from Augustana College. We are testing various properties and characteristics of the minerals to determine which ones they are...be sure to ask your student about the activity! We also received our first English homework of the year today, so in return we did not have Math homework for this evening. The students also need to be studying their Science notes each night and be sure to keep up with the Social Studies homework that they are assigned by Mrs. Carlson. Additionally, there is a SPELLING TEST TOMORROW!
